Terms and Conditions

1. Cottage is strictly non smoking.
2. A non refundable £200 deposit paid on booking.
3. A booking is only accepted once deposit has been cleared.
4. Remittance to be paid a clear 1 month prior to holiday.
5. The cottage can only accommodate a max of 6 people with a cot, this must not be exceeded in accordance with health and safety.
6. All breakages and damages must be paid for.
7. There are 2 parking spaces, 1 at the top of the cottage and 1 at the bottom.
8. You are requested to treat the property and appliances with due respect and leave the property in the same original clean and tidy condition.
9. Please note that the booking of this holiday is a legally binding committment and you are advised to take relevant insurance cover for any cancelations.
